On mornings like that we like to throw a shot of espresso through our protein shake, just to take the rough edges of the way we feel. Below you will find a recipe for a shake just likt that.
In a blender, combine:
1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
1 shot espresso
200 ml of organic rice milk
25 grams Ekopura Organic Whey Protein
