Is the whey heated during production?
The milk is heated very briefly and minimally to ensure the proteins remain intact and aren't damaged. The milk is heated briefly and then held at 60°C for about 15-20 seconds, after which it is cooled again. This makes our whey bioactive and undenatured. Furthermore, only ultrafiltration is performed to ensure the whey is completely clean.

For this reason, we have decided to treat the whey as little as possible and use only WPC 80.
