Returns & Exchanges
Want to return or exchange a product? You can easily do so through our returns portal. Certain conditions apply.
Return conditions:
- Returns: Products with a shelf life can only be returned unopened and undamaged. Our products are sealed for reasons of health protection and hygiene. If you have broken the seal after delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that product. As long as the seal is intact, you can simply return it.
- Cooling-off period: Every purchase comes with a cooling-off period of 30 days. It starts on the day after you, or someone you designated who is not the carrier, received the last item of your order.
- Costs: The return portal provides you with a free return label. If you choose a different shipping method yourself, those costs are yours. Returns are also free if a product was delivered incorrectly, is defective, or is past its expiry date on receipt (our products generally have a shelf life of around 12 months at the time of purchase).
- Refund: The purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option, we refund the standard costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have shown that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
- How to notify us: Let us know through the return portal or by email to info@ekopura.com. You may use the model withdrawal form from our terms and conditions, but you are not required to.
