Is the casein heated during production?
The organic milk is heated very briefly and minimally so that the proteins remain intact and are not damaged. The milk is heated for a short time and then held at 60°C for about 15-20 seconds, after which it is cooled again. As a result, our casein is not denatured. Apart from that, only ultrafiltration takes place.
