Ingredients
1 banana
2 tsp raw cacao
150 ml Almond milk (or another type of milk of your choice)
2 heaped tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop Ekopura smooth cocoa
Toppings: goji berries, strawberries, granola, blueberries
How to make it
Blend all ingredients in a blender until you have an even consistency. Tip: Would you rather drink the smoothie bowl? Replace part of the cottage cheese with milk. Also delicious: use frozen banana.
