Nuts and Protein Cake

Today we share a recipe for a delicious cake made with nuts and our protein. With only a few ingredients you can make this fabulous and healthy cake. Perfect as an in-between snack! Enjoy.


  • 350 grams spelled flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of coconutoil
  • 75 grams of honey
  • 2 tea spoons baking powder
  • 180 grams mixed nuts

This is how you make it

Heat the oven at 175 degrees celsius.

Put all the ingredients, except the baking powder and the nuts, in a mixing bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and 150ml water and mix it thoroughly.

Add the baking powder ad mix again thoroughly.

Chop the nuts in pieces and mix through the batter.

Pour the batter into a baking mold and cover the top with mixed nuts.

Bake the cake for about 50 minutes until it’s done.

Let it cool off and enjoy your delicious cake!
