Root protein bliss balls

For a workout it is important to eat a snack that is especially not too heavy. You must give the right amount of energy to pop during your workout! This delicious and pure nature pre-workout snack will help you!

Pre-workout snack ingredients

  • 80-100gr oat flakes (the less how wetter consistency, the more how dryer,)
  • 25 grams of walnuts
  • 25 grams of cashew nuts
  • 1 dimensionary ekopura Whey Vanilla or ekopura Vegan Protein Vanilla
  • 1 winter pile, finely grated
  • 7 Dried dates (soaked and finely chopped)
  • 50ml water / almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon grated piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • A few drops of vanilla aroma
  • Coconut

Preparation

Soak the dates first in hot water and then chop finely. Grate the roots and mix DT with all the ingredients in your food processor or knead it together into a sturdy dough. Roll the dough to small balls and roll them through the coconut race. Then let the balls set for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator. You can then keep the balls in the fridge for about 5 days and you have the perfect pre-workout snack. ENJOY!
