- 1 egg

- 1 Scoop Ekopura protein powder optionally

- Half banana

- 1 tablespoon Hüttenkäse

- Olive oil

How are you?

- Split the egg and only use the protein.

- Beat the Hüttenkäse with a whisk through the protein.

- Do the protein from Ekopura through

- Prak the banana and mix with the garde through the egg mixture.

- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan

- Pour the pancakes in the frying pan

- Bake the pancakes a few minutes on one side until they are easy to turn. Then you turn them around.
