Autumn smoothie bowl

This smoothie bowl is ideal during autumn. He is packed vitamins and minerals. Do a lot of fruit in it and of course a scoop Ekopura For your daily protein.

Ingredients

  • Half frozen banana
  • Organic cottage cheese or vegetable coconut yogurt
  • Fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberry, raspberries
  • Granola with nuts
  • 1 Scoop Natural Vegan Protein Blueberry

How are you?

Mix the cottage cheese, banana and Ekopura Protein in a blender and mix it until you have a nice mixture. Pour it into a bowl and finish it by sprinkling fresh fruit and granola over it.
