Today we share a recipe for a raspberry Chia Pudding. With Chia Pudding you can vary a lot, but this remains 1 of our favorite. ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 300 ml coconut milk
- Raspberry
- To taste 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 6-7 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 ScoopEkopura Organic Whey Protein
- Seeds, nuts and fruit
How are you?
Mix the coconut milk, raspberries, chia seeds, Ekopura Protein and maple syrup assemble, do this in a closed pot and put in the fridge. After stirring well after an hour and put it again in the fridge for the next morning.
