For breakfast, snack or as a healthy dessert, this delicious chia pudding is quick to prepare, packed with healthy ingredients and easy to make too. With just a few ingredients, you can put a delicious snack on the table.
Ingredients for the chia pudding:
- 25 ml soy milk
- 2 tablespoons raspberries
- 1.5 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 scoop Ekopura
- Handful of dried fruit
How to make it.
Mash the raspberries and add the soy milk and 1 scoop of Ekopura to this. Put this in the blender and finally add the chia seeds to the raspberries and soy milk and stir well. Cover the container with the pudding and put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning you will have a tasty, firm pudding. For the topping, we used dried fruit.
