Spring is getting closer and closer and we can't wait to start enjoying the nice weather again. To get in the mood a bit during these cold days, we have a recipe for you for a fresh, sweet and protein-rich smoothie bowl.
Ingredients
- Coconut yogurt
- Handful of strawberries
- 1 scoop Ekopura vegan blueberry
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 Kiwi fruit
- 1 Tangerine
How to make it.
Put half of the fruit together with the coconut yogurt and 1 scoop of Ekopura in the blender. Spoon it into a bowl and top with the rest of the fruit. Enjoy!
