Recipe: overnight protein oats

2.5 cup soaked oats
⅔ cup soaked cashew nuts
1 scoop Ekopura Organic whey protein
80 g dates, pitted
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp rasped coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla powder, unsweetened
1 small handful of blueberries
1 small handful of Raspberries

Soak the oats and cashews overnight (or four hours) in cashewcmilk or water in a “large” container (such as a Tupperware bowl). Then get the excess water/milk out of the bowl and add the oats and cashews in your blender. Let them blend and add the dates, coconut oil, rasped coconut, whey protein and vanilla powder until it is a good solid substance.
