These chocolate vanilla protein muffins are incredibly delicious! An easy on the go breakfast or a delicious in between snack. Enjoy!
– 150 gr. whole wheat flour
– Organic chocolate pieces
– 65 ml unsweetened almond milk
– Organic Greek yogurt +/- 250 grams
– 100 gr. oatmeal
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 2 teaspoons cinnamon
– a pinch of salt
– 1 egg
– 1 scoop Vegan protein vanilla
How do you make the muffins?
Heat the oven at a80 degrees and Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden and spread 12 muffin molds with paper or grease them with oil. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Use a second bowl to mix all the remaining wet ingredients. Then mix the wet and the dry mixtures very well together. Add the chocolate pieces last and mix them gently through the mixture. Fill the muffin molds and put them in the oven for about 25 minutes. Afterwards let them cool down well and they are ready to eat. Enjoy!
